Experience in working with business (finance) and IT teams to define , design and methodically implement business solutions. Key Functions: Apply business processes understanding to effectively perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, define requirements, play back to finance team, and facilitate requirements finalization. Act as liaison between business function and IT team. In-depth understanding of Costing & Inventory reconciliation process and proven ability to interpret business need to technical and operational requirements. Convert requirements to solution design and work with technical teams (SAP and non-SAP) by assisting the build of implementation/migration plan. Well versed with best business practices related to functional solution and associated process to ensure effective communication to stakeholders on pros and cons of deviation from such practices. Ability to work with other system owners like AS400 to ensure impacts on such systems, integrations and any change management needed operationally for transaction processing efficiencies. Ability to make configurations and related changes, limit or eliminate customizations. Coordinate with technical team on development and customization needs. Modify functional specifications as needed and incorporate design changes. Well versed with workflows, controls, and user management related needs for the solution. Possess strong presentation and communication skills to work with various stakeholders in steering committee.
