Expectation to be proactive and act without intervention when necessary. A high level of confident autonomous working will be expected. Operates within Xerox Governance and Security frameworks and controls Serves as Principal technologist partner to Digital Marketing organization Operational ownership for select technical platforms within the xerox.com ecosystem Formulation and execution of technology roadmap for xerox.com web ecosystem Tier 3 and 4 support for incident escalation Competencies: Digital : ReactJS Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Hands on and demonstrable experience with the following TypeScript React, Express, Jest, TSX, JSS, WebPack, Rollup CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI & Github Actions) Web Services (REST, GraphQL, etc) Asynchronous distributed systems Azure Serverless, including: Key-value databases (Redis primarily), networking and traffic management, Functions & App Service. Tagging and analytics administration Application monitoring (NewRelic & Azure Application Insights) Cross-browser development (Safari, Chrome, Edge) Accessible web applications (Voice Over, TalkBack, NVDA) Git / Github TDD (Jest) Understanding of Best Practices for Internet-facing Web Applications and eCommerce Applications Development environment configuration. Linting, editor config, etc. Ticket management including architecture and estimation Code review and migration Confidence to debug and diagnose running production applications and take action as necessary Ability to articulate technical problems with service providers and work to resolve issues. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with web security standards and practices, including investigation of security events, and short and long term remediations Working knowledge of DNS Working knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates and management, including SNI Working knowledge of Content Delivery Network technologies (Akamai experience preferred) Experience working on a geographically distributed team, spanning Americas, Europe, and India Real-world experience in an agile delivery environment (Jira or Assembla preferred) Thanks & Regards..
