Responsibilities: Translate functional specifications into technical specification via user story in Jira application. Analyze inter-dependencies, system requirements, risk to identify what could be impacted by new products, services, processes, or support technologies. Gather, analyze, refine, validate, document, and maintain system requirements for Operations Support System (services provisioning, mobile activation, and usage metering). Produce detailed analyses and document recommendations while leveraging new technologies and capabilities. Translating assumption, risks, and business and non-business requirements into technical user story. Participate and understand the technical design related to the user story to support development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define application dependencies and impacts. Convert technical roadmap features and enablers into user stories. Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: 5 + years of telecommunications experience 5+ years of software development and implementation experience 5+ years of system analysis experience Bachelors degree in computer science, business administration a related field or equivalent experience Excellent communication (written and verbal), and collaboration skills.
