Act as a domain expert who utilizes a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements. Lead to design implement and configure Data Cloud components including data ingestion data integration data transformation and data activation Drive to integrate CDP with other systems and platforms such as CRM marketing automation and analytics tools. Integrate Data Cloud with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers goals considering their current and future state environment. Should have a good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure data privacy and security by implementing appropriate measures and adhering to regulatory requirements. Monitor and optimize the performance of the Data Cloud solution to meet SLAs and scalability requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and business users regarding Data Cloud-related issues and best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Data Cloud technologies and recommend enhancements or new features to improve the platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Data Cloud solutions. Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagram / visuals. Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers goals considering their current and future state environment. Effectively communicate and present the design positive impacts and limitations of proposed solutions to customers. Since Data Cloud is new and is evolved from CDP anyone with prior experience of CDP would work. In short, customer is looking for someone who can talk to business directly to collect business requirements, who knows how the integrations with data cloud work, experience with data model, campaigns and can also provide technical solutions to Sysco specific business requirement/problems.
