Need to be somewhat technical and used to documenting complex processes. UX Background is a huge plus. It looks like the manager is asking for candidates with strong UI/UX and ideally candidates that have worked at smaller environment places. Some Fortune 500 experience is okay but not someone that only has experience working with large companies. This BA will be wearing a lot of hats. Some of the large big structured companies dont usually offer that experience. Id say, outgoing BA with strong UI/UX and some leadership and/or product owner background is what he wants. Thats what I would say is his ideal candidate. This candidate should have some Product Owner capabilities. Need a local candidate with strong communication skills. Make sure linked is real when sending. About 5 years of experience. Experience with web projects, the level of which can vary, but they must be able to understand components and content types. We can teach them, but we cant understand it for them. Experience writing a BRD. Experience documenting complex processes. Technical-minded (doesnt have to have development or technician experience, but a knack for how technology works websites, databases, etc). Jira or similar experience working with dev teams to break out the documented requirements into development tasks/stories. Agile is a plus. Someone who is looking to fit into a team in the long term and look for growth in the role is preferred. They need to be a go-getter, ready to chase after work, lead meetings, and ask lots of questions, lead meetings with stakeholders and developers. Personable no robots. We need people to build confidence and relationships with our business stakeholders.
