Scope and Complexity:This position provides second level (Tier II) technical support to all levels of staff and leadership at designated work location(s), following established guidelines and procedures and adhering to HIPAA privacy and all other compliance and regulatory requirements. The position interfaces with other information technology team members, Information Security, employees, and leaders on a regular basis to support information technology needs as well as corporate information security compliance. Core Functions:* Deployment Technician conducts needs assessments and provide recommendations to information technology leadership identifying basic customer, departmental, and/or facility/location software and/or hardware needs and requirements* Works as a coordinator between other information technology departments, information security, and sales departments to ensure compliance of endpoint security as well as assisting other team members with troubleshooting devices, applications, management consoles, and all other aspects of ensuring a secure and compliant computing environment* Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels* As a Deployment Technician, you will handle moving, adding, changing, and repairing computer hardware equipment; This position works closely with other departmental areas, end users, and third-party vendors and is responsible for documenting all request activities; Assists and plays a role with the implementation of new or upgrade of existing application systems by following standard departmental procedures Keywords: Arizona http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=980127&uid= |
