Ability to independently work with business, finance, technology, and other teams in understanding the System needs and translating them into requirements. Creating/updating process flows to ensure all parties are in synch with what needs to happen on each application. Other Skills: 2-5 years Commercial bond experience 2-5 years Claims experience Able to interact well with executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Comfortable working in an environment with a lot of ambiguity.
