Assists in defining and driving the implementation of standards, technical architecture, and integration strategies. Specifies and implements requirements related to the marketing application. Customer Class and Entity Design: Designs and implements the customer class and associated entities within the Pega platform. Marketing and Decisioning Solution Architecture: Drives the design of the architecture for marketing and decisioning solutions. Addresses security considerations, decisioning data, events streaming, channel interfaces, file interfaces, and Interaction History. Platform Leadership and Best Practices: Supports platform leadership within the Scrum team. Develops, advocates for, and monitors adherence to best practices in development and implementation.
