Description: 12-15 years or more of project management experience delivering IT software projects. With Experience managing Datawarehouse projects into Insurance P&C customers Strong understanding of Data Concepts, Data Migration, Data Management, Data Upgrade, Data collection Developing and implementing effective data strategies Candidate should be an advanced user of MS Project, experienced with how to manage plans that contain auto-scheduled, effort-driven tasks. Demonstrates expert-levels of capability in all project management competencies, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling of IT projects. Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency to meet project deadlines and pushes the team to ensure timeliness. Demonstrates strong customer focus; is responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate in work approach. Considers project impacts and outcomes from the business (customers) perspective. Able to create clear, concise messaging to all organizational levels. Demonstrates experience delivering difficult messages to stakeholders and leaders Anticipates, identifies, and manages project risks, issues, assumptions and decisions; escalates in an appropriate and timely manner.
