C2C Rate: $50/hr Duration: 8+ months Skills Requirements: This experience is the foundation a candidate needs to be successful in this position: Bachelors degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 7 years of experience as a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x/8.x Platform Administration (administration, installation, configuration, optimization, backup & recovery) 7 years of experience with performance tuning & troubleshooting, identifying and resolving memory, CPU, access, networking, disk I/O, etc. 5 years of experience working Virtual Platforms 5 years of experience working with Ansible Playbooks (creating, developing, updating and executing) 3 years of experience with scripting languages for automation tasks and deployments (e.g., Bash and Python) Expertise in the Linux command-line environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Factors to Help You Shine (Required Skills): These skills will help you succeed in this position: Solid experience as a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Administrator Excellent knowledge and experience with RHEL applications and tools Ansible, Satellite, RHEVM, etc. Experience in providing support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of middleware applications Education: Typically requires BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
