This person needs to know the basics of holdings, transactions, benchmarks, etc 2 Must have experience with Fixed Income and Derivatives. This is the primary area for Level 2 support. They will be working with the Portfolio Analysts to support them on any of their requests. 3. Must have strong SQL skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this person will be working directly with the users. 5. There is Production support on a rotation basis requirement once every 2 months and the person is expected to check the tests that are running and escalate or fix if need be.
