Experienced in interviewing business stakeholders to understand requirements, building process flows in Visio, writing functional design documents, and product backlog items (features, user stories) in Azure Dev Ops. Experienced working with and managing a hybrid onshore/nearshore/offshore Engineering team in an iterative sprint manner. Including being flexible with offshore calls.
