Job Title : Devops Engineer -Richardson Texas- Hybrid Employment Type : Contract, Contract to Hire, C2C Location : Richardson , TX, US Rate : $45/hour on C2C Job Description Devops Engineer with 6+years of experience who has: Extensive experience in using Version control systems like GIT. Based on Project demands, build a CI/CD pipeline that takes incoming checks through a testing pipeline generating deployment artifacts. Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration components. Experience in makerfiles, dockerfiles, docker containers, docker orchestration. Roles and Responsibilties:Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development and constant deployment pipeline(CI/CD)Drive the automation of tasks and implement infrastructure services to streamline operations.Automated build principles and frameworks including Ansible, Jenkins, GIT & JiraEnsuring uninterrupted operation of infrastructure and services.Provide release Management support to release code across different environmentsUse Jira & Confluence products to build out knowledge base and manage tickets.Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development team to streamline code deployment.Experience in writing and supporting Jenkins files(pipeline as code).Evaluate new build/packaging/release solutions as needed.Proficient in automating tasks, including scripting skills.Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet, AnsibleCoordinating with other teams and team members to integrate systems.Kubernetes, cloud knowledge is added advantage.
