Candidates with less or more experience will be considered at the appropriate level. Other Requirements: Complete fluency in design tools, including but not limited to Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices. Experience conducting requirements-gathering sessions, usability testing, and building prototypes. Experience designing for responsive products and mobile/desktop applications Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in agile teams and with cross-divisional stakeholder groups Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and elegant design solutions. In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices. Ability to conduct usability tests, gather user insights, and apply data-driven insights to inform design decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate user experience concepts and decisions to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams Possess excellent organizational skills to prioritize workload across several projects, whilst maintaining strong attention to detail. Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers. Experience working with AI, ed-tech, teaching and learning, and/or language learning a plus.
