They must have Crystal Reports to SSRS conversion experience (migrations). Candidate must have recent healthcare experience (2020 onwards), or have previously worked in a healthcare role for a number of years (ex. 2012-2017): he has worked with SSIS 2019 and performed a migration from 2008 SSIS to 2019 SSIS. They are being very explicit after a call with them last night that they need someone with that experience as well as C# for SSIS We have two projects that we are ready to start recruiting additional contractors for. One is the Modernize Reporting project (Crystal to SSRS) which you are already familiar with and the other is the SSIS Modernization project (SSIS 2008 to SSIS 2019). We will be recruiting 6 contractors in total with 3 for each project. We will be using the SOW approach on this one due to a need for speed. For the Crystal Reports to SSRS conversion project (Modernize Reporting) we are looking for same skillsets as before. The candidates will need strong SQL skills (T-SQL), strong SSRS skills (including subreports) , a good working understanding of Crystal Reports, and potentially enough C# from customizations as needed. It is not uncommon to find developers that have both sets of skills, which would be great because they can move from one project to the other as needed.
