Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled UI Tech Lead with expertise in React to join our talented development team. As the UI Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface of our products and leading a team of front-end developers. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, guiding the team through best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, visually appealing, and performance user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI Tech Lead with expertise in React.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern front-end build tools.

Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a relevant field.

Experience with responsive design and mobile development.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration patterns.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
