Supporting customers on architecture reviews to provide technical details on how Agent Assist integration with customers existing Cloud or on-prem infrastructure. Bringing customers challenges first hand to the Engineering team to improve on the product feature. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Very familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Redis Memorystore, Secret Manager, Cloud Run, Authentication (e.g. OAuth2). Experience with scalable networking technologies (such as Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms). Working knowledge of container technologies (such as Kubernetes, Docker). Industry experience with Cloud Architecture design and implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor\\\\'s or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Strong technical skills with experience leading complex technical projects Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks and issues. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
