Experience with administrative duties such as monitoring, upgrades, and provisioning in SAP Business Objects, Tableau and Informatica in an Oracle environment. To troubleshoot and tune existing data warehouse applications. To assist in creating new or enhanced components of data warehouse. May need to instruct and guide those with less experience. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Preferred Skills Six years experience with Informatica IICS in a cloud environment monitoring multiple processes responsible for the timely delivery of data Three years experience utilizing SQL for troubleshooting and performance inquiries Experience administering SAP Business Objects and Tableau Business Intelligence tools in a Windows environment, including user and group security. Experience with Informatica PowerCenter in a Linux environment monitoring multiple processes responsible for the timely delivery of data Job Duties Monitors daily Informatica workflows, checking and resolving errors and assist in identifying and resolving issues Provides assistance to end users and programmers regarding data warehouse related problems and issues Monitors Tableau and BusinessObjects server environments to ensure the maximum uptime and performance of the tool sets Adds new users to BI tools according to the EDW security policy to new projects Develops monitoring mechanisms to prevent unnecessary downtime Acts as team lead for environment upgrades in Tableau, BusinessObjects, and Informatica Effectively communicates pending system changes to user community in a clear and concise manner Promotes and monitors scheduled BusinessObjects and Tableau extracts / reports and notifies developers Performs exhaustive troubleshooting for system related issues.
