Job Title Peoplesoft HCM Systems Analyst/Business Analyst Location Austin TX Duration 6 months /Contract To Hire JOB DESCRIPTION USC/GC/GC EAD LOCAL ONLY Hybrid Peoplesoft HCM Systems Analyst/Business Analyst Job Description: Experience working specifically on State of Texas PeopleSoft (known as CAPPS) for the Comptroller of Public Accounts, or with a CPA managed CAPPS Central agency, or with a CAPPS hub instance is required. Other PeopleSoft experience is helpful, but specific State of Texas CAPPS experience is required for this project and cannot be replaced by other PeopleSoft experience. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIO Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Experienced Peoplesoft HCM Systems Analyst/Business Analyst actively involved in complex implementations and upgrades. 8 Required Experience in gathering requirements, conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, documenting business processes, developing functional specifications, creating test scripts, conduct testing, and developing training materials 8 Required Experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 HCM Time & Labor Module 8 Required Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation. 8 Required Experience working with Peoplesoft 9.2 image upgrade project. 8 Required Meeting facilitation skills for conducting project related work sessions and other meetings. 4 Preferred Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government). 2 Preferred Experience working specifically on State of Texas PeopleSoft (known as CAPPS) for the Comptroller of Public Accounts, or with a CPA managed CAPPS Central agency, or with a CAPPS hub instance is required. 2 Preferred Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher. 2 Preferred Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure. 2 Preferred Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization. 2 Preferred Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project. 2 Preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams.
