Salesforce Development Team Lead

Remote

The Salesforce Development Team Lead will spearhead Salesforce development initiatives, ensuring optimal integration with Gainsight and CRM Analytics systems. This role is pivotal in understanding and implementing the Customer Success end-to-end process within the business applications framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team, fostering a culture of  excellence and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Gainsight and CRM Analytics development teams to ensure seamless integration and shared learning.

Salesforce Development:

Drive the strategic direction of the Salesforce platform in alignment with business objectives.

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using LWC, JEST, and Apex with VS Code.

Adhere to Salesforce best practices and DocuSign coding standards, focusing on optimization and developer experience.

Technical Learning and Adaptation:

 Acquire proficiency in Gainsight CS and CRM Analytics technical stacks and SQL queries in Snowflake, ensuring successful integration with Salesforce.

Master the Customer Success end-to-end process , facilitating its implementation within the Salesforce platform.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Customer Success Engineering team to ensure alignment between Salesforce development and Customer Success processes.

Engage with stakeholders and other department leads to ensure Salesforce

solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Analytics and Reporting:

Develop and maintain CRM analytics, ensuring accurate and insightful data is available for decision-making.

Collaborate with the analytics team to refine data processes and reporting capabilities.

Implement data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Vendor Management:

Liaise with vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality services and adherence to agreed-upon contracts.

Continuous Improvement:

Encourage feedback and iterative improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Salesforce development process.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce, Gainsight, and CRM Analytics technologies, and incorporate best practices into daily operations.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation, including data models and ETL processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II credentials preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of leading teams.

Strong knowledge of Apex and LWC using VS Code.

Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM Analytics, data analysis, and data visualization principles.

 Gainsight, Advance CRM Analytics technical stacks, and DocuSigns Customer Success process.

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
