Job Title IT Procurement/ Asset Admin Location Los Angeles (Onsite Role) CA Duration 6 months /Contract JOB DESCRIPTION USC/GC Local Only Onsite Role IT Procurement/ Asset Admin They must have: Strong communication, organizational skills this temp will be leading the conversations with vendors and asset management Reporting directly to C-Level and VIP/ SR Level Support Enterprise experience Required Capabilities Proven work experience as an Asset Manager or similar role. Strong working knowledge of Service Now including the asset and procurement processes. Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and managerial expertise. Previous working experience supporting VIP/C-Level Executives (1 2 years). Experience in asset management and procurement on a global scale. Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Lenovo notebooks and desktops. Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Apple hardware and software. Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting experience in supporting Microsoft Office 2016/O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) for both Windows and Mac. Experience in supporting HP color printers and copiers (from installation to configuration to diagnosing failures and contacting HP support for repairs).
