Title: Senior Architect - ServiceNow

Location: Philadelphia, PA -(Day 1 onsite / Hybrid Model)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

            Design and architect Application Performance Management (APM) and Service Performance Management (SPM) solutions for on-site projects.

            Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand performance monitoring requirements.

            Provide expertise in APM and SPM best practices, configurations, and integrations.

            Lead and mentor junior team members.

            Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training programs.

            ServiceNow Expertise:

            In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with a specialization in APM/SPM modules and functionalities.

            Ability to design and implement end-to-end performance management solutions using ServiceNow.

            Performance Monitoring Design:

            Experience in designing and architecting comprehensive performance monitoring solutions, ensuring coverage of critical applications and services.

            Knowledge of best practices for performance monitoring within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

            Integration and API Knowledge:

            Ability to integrate APM/SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external systems using APIs and web services.

            Ensure seamless data flow and correlation for holistic performance analysis.

            Customization and Configuration:

            Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow APM/SPM modules to align with specific client requirements.

            Design and implement custom performance metrics and dashboards.

            Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

            Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.

            Engage with clients to understand their performance monitoring needs and provide expert guidance.

            Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

            Proven ability to identify performance bottlenecks, analyze metrics, and troubleshoot issues within ServiceNow APM/SPM solutions.

            Implement optimizations to improve overall system performance.

            Continuous Improvement:

            Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the APM/SPM team and across performance monitoring processes.

            Stay updated with the latest features and updates in ServiceNow APM/SPM to implement improvements.

            Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

            Thorough documentation of performance monitoring configurations, metrics, and best practices.

            Share knowledge with team members and contribute to the development of performance monitoring standards.
