Senior Java Developer 6 months Onsite Boston, MA MUST HAVES - Spring MVC, All spring frameworks and heavy Jquery! - Backend dev 70% + 30% front end (jquery) Senior Java Developer role is 70% middle tier Server and 30% presentation tier. Developers are expected implement requirements from the front end through to the database / OOM layer. Required: Minimum 6 years of experience developing web-based applications Minimum 6 years development experience in Java/J2EE technologies The successful candidate must have, in order of importance: Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, an ORM framework (myBatis or Hibernate) Experience using and implementing RESTful web services Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML, jQuery Experience with multi-threading using core Java libraries particularly the Executor framework. Knowledge of XML, JSON, and AJAX techniques Strong understanding of SQL database design Self-motivated and willing to learn Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
