Extensive experience (8+ years) designing and implementing Workday solutions, with a focus on large-scale enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Workday's suite of applications, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Integrations. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, SAAS platforms and architecture patterns. Proficiency in system integration methodologies, data migration, and API-based integrations. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions. Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
