Provide appropriate response to Cisco Meraki/SDWAN related incidents received from all sources including users, third party vendors and network monitoring tool, as required, in accordance with the specified service level agreement Work with customers via collaboration tools to tackle highly sophisticated technical issues. Engage in Cross technology collaborations to help solve issues in heterogeneous network environments Be a member of a worldwide Networking team Providing configuration support of in-scope Cisco Meraki/SDWAN devices implementation to support operational needs Monitoring, Analysis, and response to Cisco Meraki/SDWAN device events and incidents in a B&Vs infrastructure Develop/Update and maintain Cisco Meraki/SDWAN related enterprise network documentation and diagrams on an ongoing basis Schedule & Complete activities required to fulfil service request management and change management process Role and Responsibilities: Install/configure and maintain CISCO Meraki/SDWAN devices. Troubleshoot of issues reported. Work on Cisco Meraki/SDWAN related incidents reported from users, third party vendors, Monitoring tools as per SLA. Provide configuration support all in-scope Meraki/SDWAN devices implementation. Monitor, Analyse and respond to Cisco Meraki/SDWAN related incidents. Develop/Update and maintain Cisco Meraki/SDWAN related enterprise network documentation and diagrams on an ongoing basis. Incident and change management as part of day-to-day activities.
