Responsibilities:

As a Coding Resident, you will be responsible for:

1.            Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize existing code, parallelize applications, and conduct comprehensive testing.

2.            Utilizing mid to senior-level coding expertise to contribute to the development and enhancement of various applications.

3.            Working extensively with programming languages such as Python, MPI, C++, and other custom codes.

4.            Engaging in coding optimization to improve the overall efficiency and performance of applications.

5.            Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

6.            Demonstrating proficiency in identifying and resolving coding issues, ensuring high-quality and error-free software.

7.            Effectively communicating with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions within specified timelines.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1.            Mid to senior-level experience in coding, with a strong background in optimization and parallelization.

2.            Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MPI, C++, and familiarity with a variety of custom codes.

3.            Experience with application testing and optimization techniques.

4.            Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex code.

5.            Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.

6.            Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

7.            A commitment to delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
