Design, develop, and maintain Learning Management Portals to facilitate a seamless learning experience for users. Strong experience on AWS Serverless with .Net & React/NextJS for developing portal enhancements and integrating Learning Management Portals with other enterprise applications & IT systems. 8+ years of experience in Absorb LMS and 5+ years in AWS Serverless with .Net & React/NextJS. Possess strong organizational skills and be a strong collaborator to work closely with cross functional teams to understand learning requirements, align technical solution with business objectives, build a shared understanding of project goals and timelines, and drive release & deployment activities.
