Lead risk assessments to identify potential threats to the availability and integrity of security applications and formulate mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between information security, BC/DR, and overall IT strategies. Conduct regular testing and simulations of BC/DR plans to validate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Establish and maintain documentation for BC/DR procedures, including clear escalation paths and communication plans. Coordinate with stakeholders to define recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) for information security applications. Provide training and awareness programs to ensure that relevant teams are well-prepared to execute BC/DR plans when needed. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in BC/DR and information security. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT BC/DR Lead, with a focus on information security applications. Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies. Experience in developing and implementing BC/DR plans for complex IT environments, specifically addressing security applications. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards related to BC/DR and information security. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion. Effective communication skills to articulate complex BC/DR concepts and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
