Knowledge & Experience 8+ years of IT experience. 5+ years Java and Web Application development experience, RESTful services. 2+ years experience of Oracle XStore Point of Sale development. 3+ years SQL and XML development 3+ years experience in Relational Database Management Systems, preferably Oracle. 2+ years experience in SOA and Webservices. 2+ years experience with Unix-like operating systems, macOS or Linux preferred. Experience in Docker containers and Kubernetes is preferred. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and conduct information systems needs assessment and recommend appropriate infrastructure solution Design and implement applications and enhancements using JAVA code Maintain and enhance applications per client request Assist with defining and implementing regression test suites Frequently analyze and define client data conversion, interface, and application enhancement requirements Translate business requirements into technical solutions Establish and monitor systems support and development in a Micros environment Perform application enhancements and modifications, while mentoring and teaching other consultants Facilitate the logging, reporting, and resolution of application issues as needed Regularly assist in the definition of implementation and integration alternatives Intermittently perform go-live assessments to determine the readiness of the system as well as client and support teams Often provide knowledge transfer to necessary 3 rd party vendors (hardware, software, etc) related to Oracle Retail and OLR applications and requirements. -- Keywords: information technology golang California http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=930415&uid= |
