Must Haves: 8+ years of relevant experience with 4 years of SCCM engineering exp (SCCM was recently renamed to MECM so either will work). In-depth SCCM architecture knowledge (PFE Client Health, SCOM, Ledbat, Desired State Configuration and Remediation). Powershell scripting and SQL queries. Windows Server experience. Pluses: Certifications in ITIL, SCCM, or Microsoft. SCCM Engineer: We are looking for an experienced SCCM engineer to join our IT team and help us manage our desktop and server infrastructure in stores. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and providing level 4 support. Ensuring the health and security of our clients and servers is key. Responsibilities: Plan, design, and implement SCCM infrastructure and site systems. Deploy and update operating systems, applications, and patches using SCCM. Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance issues. Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards. Develop and document SCCM policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure SCCM integration and compatibility. Provide technical support and guidance to L2 and L3 teams. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering. In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, features, and components (required). Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries (required). Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (required). Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure (plus). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Certification in SCCM, Microsoft, or ITIL (plus).
