Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards, as well as leading a team of QA professionals. Qualifications: # Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. # Proven experience in QA management, with a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies. # Experience with Microsoft Test Manager Suite or similar tool. # Experience developing Training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) materials. # Experience working to facilitate collaboration across the full range of executive, business, and technical resources. # Experience with testing efforts to include test plan, test scenarios for SIT and UAT and organizing users to facilitate effective tests. # Experience with Agile methodology. # Experience with Microsoft Viso and Project software and Team Foundation server (Dev Ops version). # Experience with SOAP UI, Load UI/Load Testing Skills, SQL Server, LADAP and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services. # Experience working with Adobe RoboHelp Required. # Excellent leadership and communication skills. # Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. # Familiarity with testing tools and technologies. # Certification in quality assurance or related field is a plus.
