We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer contractor to join our team and play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure. As a Cloud Engineer, you will possess a strong understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, security, and scripting. You will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud-based systems. You will also work closely with our development teams to help them leverage the cloud to build and deploy innovative solutions. They should also be an effective communicator, problem solver, and team player with a passion for learning new technologies. Duties and Responsibilities: Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (laC). Implement and manage cloud-based services on AWS, Azure, or GCP Migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud Manage and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and scalabilityImplement and maintain cloud security measures to protect sensitive data Automate cloud and on-premise tasks using scripting languages Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and provide technical support Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect. Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect. Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere or similar) Solid grasp of high-level networking concepts (IP routing, firewalls, load balancing) Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as networking, security, and storage Proficiency in scripting languages (Power, Python, Bash) Working knowledge of laC tools, specifically Terraform & Cloudformation Experience with DevOps methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong understanding of cloud security principles AbhI SHARMA.
