Our client, a multinational independent investment bank and financial services company, is seeking a Business Process Analyst Job Summary The Senior Business Process Analyst will be working closely with business leaders and teams to identify areas of improvement opportunity. You will have the opportunity of providing process improvements and/or design process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess detailed and demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the Six Sigma Methodology. The Areas of focus: Financial Services Compliance Anti-laundering Broker/dealer regulations Documentation of all Compliance procedures currently being used Tech stack skills MS Project, Visio, Sharepoint, Power BI Duties Manage projects with business leaders and development teams to implement process improvements. Support lines of businesses with issue resolution, testing, and production support Facilitate the process improvement using Six Sigma tools and methodology Develop and present process improvement initiative plans, results, and control plans. Mentor business process analysts throughout process improvement initiatives. Work with business leaders in implementing process improvement recommendations and plans. 5+ years in financial services experience required Experience in process improvement and utilizing Six Sigma methodology highly preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills highly recommended Demonstrated analytical skills with a results driven approach Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working across organizational boundaries.
