Title: Oracle EBS vR12 Solution Consultant

Location: Greenville, SC. Open to remote but must be open to traveling for meetings. 

Looking for Contract to Hire- 6+ months 

Prefer a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or GC-EAD holder

#We dont care what particular module (i.e AR, Physical Flow, Trade Management (OZF), etc) they are most experience using



We care most that they are very experienced in one or more but have excellent knowledge of EBS R12 Functional capabilities and their communication skills in the English language are perfect

#They must know the product and be able to gather requirements from users from diverse backgrounds and levels and then develop technical specs working with IT Developers by knowing if the product can be configured to meet the requirements or if the requirements constitute a gap. 

Preference for interview-

 If candidate have any given two implementations that will be the first choice for interview. 

This individual will need to have advanced familiarity with the overall Oracle eBusiness Suite product, 

will have to develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for program delivery: 

Have a great deal of experience to build and deploy Oracle order to cash solution with internal and external supply through Oracle eBusiness Suite modules. 

Familiar with the solutions in B2B, B2C and Original Equipment industry. 

Experiences in tires distribution would be helpful. 

Role Overview

Coordinate and drive the successful and timely completion of entire order to cash process to achieve 

business goals, to propose efficient and effective solutions based on the requirements, to identify 

and resolve risks and issues 

As a member of the Squad who understands the stories that are selected for development, this 

functional resource work closely with the Product Owner on backlog refinement. He/she writes users 

stories and verifies what has been delivered by the team is working as expected. This functional 

resource supports testing the user story in the test environment relentlessly and is constantly in the 

system. 

They will consistently and constantly be collaborating with: 

Product Owners: Works with Product Owners to refine scope and escalates any gaps

Squad: Works closely with the Squad to provide clarifications on user stories. 

SCRUM Masters: Attends and contributes to the ceremonies organized by the SCRUM Masters. (e.g. 

Provide updates during the daily stand-ups, Thoughts on how to work better during the 

retrospectives, etc.) 

Job Skills/Qualifications

Requires advanced analysis skills across all integrated Oracle order to cash modules and 

partner interfaces

Must have solution build and deployment experiences in Pricing / Offers / Discount / Accruals/Rebates/Claims

Oracle EBS: Advance pricing / Trade management (OZF)

Experience of at least 2 implementations of Oracle EBS Channel Revenue Management

Expert knowledge and Hands on Experience with implementing Oracle Trade Management (Channel Revenue Management), Oracle Order Management, & Receivables modules to meet the business requirements.

Must be proficient in Channel Rebates and Accounts Receivable Deduction Settlement/Claims

Experience with Gathering requirements from business and mapping them into system processes and identifying gaps. 

Design and recommend solutions that fit with the existing system landscape.

7+ years with Oracle eBusiness Suite

5+ years with Agile delivery 

Requires documentation and business requirement analysis skills.

Very strong interpersonal skills to develop strong partnership with stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with the team 

Must be proactive on activities. 

Must be results oriented

Familiar with the solutions in B2B, B2C and Original Equipment industry. 

2nd IMPLEMENTATION EXPECTED- Oracle EBS Consultant Account Receivable- JD below

This individual will need to have advanced familiarity with the overall Oracle eBusiness Suite product, 

will have to develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for program delivery: 

Have a great deal of experience building and deploying Oracle order to cash solution with internal and external supply through Oracle eBusiness Suite modules. 

Experiences in tires distribution would be helpful.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
