At least four years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Developing SOA composite applications in the Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite (FMW) v11+ PROD environments. Designing, implementing, configuring, Oracle SOA and OSB suites applications/services and related resources such as BPEL, BPM, JMS (queues, server, and modules), SOAP, REST, XML, Java, WSDL, and SQL. Trouble-shooting complex enterprise interface application related issues and providing solutions. Producing requirements, documents, systems architecture and interfaces, data model programs, configuration management documents, and procedural manuals. Additional years of experience in mandatory qualifications. Supporting enterprise solutions within a health care and/or correctional environment Working in Agile/Scrum framework. Role and responsibilities: Development, management and organizational technical support for all CCHCS Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite messaging environments (Development (DEV), Quality Assurance (QA), STAGE, and Production (PROD)). Oracle HL7 (HealthCare Level7) related middleware service application development. Effective implementation of HealthCare related business requirements in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) applications that requires both coding of business logic in those applications and system resource configuration. Provide root cause analysis and fixes for application related issues. Manage SOA and OSB applications deployed on to the Oracle Fusion Middleware environment. Assist in the development, management, and organization of SOA messaging and interface systems. Implement enhancements of PROD applications and services as per approved customer change requests. Participate in other Oracle SOA and interface related duties as directed by CCHCS management. Comply with CCHCSs policies, standards, and best practices and assist in enforcement by notifying the CCHCS Delivery Manager of deviations. Communicate with internal teams on operational support issues by attending meetings, providing input and recommendations, analysis, and findings. Participate in CCHCS Change Control Board (CCB), Project Status and other pertinent meetings. Contractor shall perform administrative tasks as requested and approved by the CCHCS Delivery Manager or designee. Contractor shall provide weekly status reports using CCHCS template to include hours for each task performed for Oracle SOA Administration and interface development services.
