The Project Manager Consultants will be supporting strategic project teams in various departments (IT, Communications, Legal, Finance, Change Management, etc.) and may be asked to support other areas as needed as a flexible workforce. The PMs will need to have working knowledge in the functional area that he or she joins, however, each PM does not need to have experience in all areas. The PMs will be focused on coordinating with cross-functional teams to lead scheduling, budgeting, and risk management among other areas. Top Requirements: BS degree minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Medical Device industry Broad experience leading transformational change initiatives for areas like IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Communications, Change Management, etc. Strong communication skills to be able to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
