Lauderdale) MOI : Video Duration : 6 months C2C Visa : GC and USC Responsibilities: Collaborate with software engineers, program managers, requirements managers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and requirements. Maintain and enhance current software architecture, developing new solutions as needed. Lead the creation, definition, implementation, and strategy of the test automation framework. Prepare estimates and track development progress. Mentor and recruit junior test engineers. Support the development of internal software and test tools, as well as automated frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; Master's degree is desired. 5+ years of expertise in software design. Proficiency in embedded software development using C or C++. Proficiency in C#. Experience in test automation infrastructure and framework development. Knowledge of Ruby or Python is a plus. Experience in PC-based software tools development for communication with external devices/controllers (via UART, SPI, I2C, RS232). Strong understanding of Automated Testing Implementation and Strategies. Familiarity with Git. Experience in software testing, software development, and test automation. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledgeable in Object-Oriented Programming concepts. Must be 18 years of age or older.
