After the probationary period, will be hybrid 50% on site and 50% remote work. 40 hours per week during the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Occasional extended hours may be necessary by mutual agreement, e.g., Working weekends, past normal business hours. The NYS has recently installed a modernized retirement benefit administration program. The implemented platform is an Oracle PeopleSoft solution. NYS requires individual(s) with Application Development skills to work with in-house Application Development team to manage and execute application development efforts. Mandatory Qualifications: Five or more years of application development experience with PeopleSoft using at least three of the following toolsets: XML, PeopleSoft SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PSQuery, COBOL, Data Mover, Application Engine, and Component Interface. Five or more years of experience in using SQL over PeopleSoft Data Structures. Two or more years of experience in using PeopleTools 8.5x and higher. Two or more years of experience creating technical design documents and unit test scripts.
