Exp: 9 years Requirements: Strong experience of technical release management covering release co-ordination, planning and delivery in a complex environment Experience in building plans that involve multiple virtual teams Should have technical management understanding of Windows 2008/2012/2019, Active Directory, Team Foundation Server (TFS), IIS, Databases (MS SQL) etc. Experience working in Java custom development environments is a huge plus Exposure to automated deployment and configuration tools. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts Experience of working within a pressured and Agile environment Practical experience of multiple delivery tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence and how to best to apply them PMP certification is required. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, coordinate, manage software releases for multiple applications across different portfolios in Agile as well as waterfall methodologies. Maintain the release schedule for all applications to ensure alignment across key IT & business partners Coordinate release content across multiple interconnected and disperse applications and systems. Lead and coordinate the go-live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists Manage risks and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule, and quality Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams in different locations Communicate release details and schedules to the IT and business stakeholders.
