Solid experience as a Hands-On Data Engineer or in a similar role. Quantifiable experience using Elastic , Typescript, etc.. Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. Hands-on experience with database optimization and pipeline development. Strong analytical skills. Preferred : A genuine willingness and excitement to learn new technologies, even if they fall outside the current tech stack. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and efficient problem solver. Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion.
