More than five (5) years of experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activities. (5 Years Lead experience) NYS ITS IES Tester-Level 2 Working with the QA Lead, the QA will Have good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in Daily stand-up meetings/Iteration Planning/Backlog refinement sessions and provide inputs wherever required. Develop Testing artifacts (Sprint/Iteration level/Workstream/Project level Test plans, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test scripts) and perform testexecution following the standards and guidelines established by the project. Log defects and track until closure following the Defect management approach. Assist with and coordinate Iteration review sessions (demo), Exploratory Testing and User Acceptance Testing with Business users. Assist with and coordinate Performance testing, Vulnerability testing activities. Establish schedules and estimates and adhere to Iteration timelines. Develop automated tests. Report project activities to management, including progress, risks, mitigations, issues, resolutions, successes, and lessons learned. Mandatory Requirements: 1. Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Tester 2. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience: in IT quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, withcomplex functional domains, within a matrix organization. 3. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management. 1. More than five (5) years of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects and developing automated tests in Agile/Scrum 2. More than five (5) years of experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activities. 3. More than five (5) years of experience with automated testing using tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio or related tools. 4. More than five (5) years of experience using HP/Microfocus ALM, Jira, Xray Test Management, or related Jira plug-ins as the defecttracking and test management tools. 5.
