They ensure their deliverables are aligned with business need and requirements, provide advice, and work cross-functionally with the project team. Experience leading different project roles is beneficial for success in this role. Must Have - Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud; SFA certification a plus Strong understanding of the Salesforce profiles and permissions set structure. Understanding of the implementation of applications into Salesforce, setup, configuration. Understanding with the concepts of Web Services and API technologies data Integration in/out of Salesforce. Comprehensive analytical skills and ability to multi-task to perform multiple complex tasks. Design and development of activity diagrams, context diagrams, intersystem dependency diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
