However, I can tell you the developer will need well over 10-years in IT with 5-7 years minimum in Salesforce CRM Development. Needs to be certified in Salesforce. Ideally, it would be good to have someone with 15-years in IT and all focused on CRM / Salesforce in a very Lead capacity. This role will be in a Lead capacity working with the client, architect, PM, Scrum, and Test team. Needs to have upgraded from the old versions to the new version.
