Key Responsibilities: Governmental Expertise: Utilize extensive governmental experience to optimize and streamline Strategic Sourcing processes within the PeopleSoft environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Module Proficiency: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing module, encompassing its functionalities, configurations, and best practices. Integration Management: Oversee and manage the integrations between PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing and other FSCM modules/applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across the platform. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective configurations within the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing module. System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements, working closely with developers and other relevant teams to implement changes. User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize their utilization of the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing module. Provide ongoing support and guidance as needed. Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity within the Strategic Sourcing module and related integrations, implementing robust data governance practices. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes related to the PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing module. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing in governmental settings. In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules, particularly Strategic Sourcing, and their interdependencies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams.
