Job Title SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer Location Arden Hills(Hybrid) MN Duration 12 months /Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Interview: video visa: usc/gc hybrid role Sample tasks/responsibilities: Take Functional Specifications Documents and interact with functional / business users to understand intent and develop / document a technical design capability of delivering those requirements. Assess, challenge, and document business requirements in the context of SAP development standards and practices. Develop Technical Design Specifications and estimates for enhancements, reports and integrations across the SAP functional modules (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Make and Inventory) Conduct Technical Unit Testing for assigned development tasks and resolve issues and defects raised during Functional Unit Test. Ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs, and meet business needs. Ensure key development milestones are met on time and within budget Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience development experience in S/4HANA or relevant and comparable ECC experience. Subject matter knowledge of SAP S/4HANA development tools, standards and practices. Experience working in SAP greenfield implementation in a distribution environment. A solid understanding of the integration methods and options between SAP modules and non-SAP systems. Experience translating business requirements into Technical Specifications Documents and development deliverables. Strong attention to details including ability provide technical advice on approaches and options for delivering technical solutions. Strong communication and analytical skills, including proficiency in analyzing business requirements, functional design documents, and test plans. Solid experience and/or working knowledge in SOME of SAP S/4 development tools and processes including: IDOC, BADI, BAPI, Adobe Forms, APIs, CDS Views, Transaction Codes, ALV Reports, FIORI, S/4 and Custom Tables, and S/4 navigation.
