POSITION OBJECTIVE: The AI/Client Engineer plays a critical role in developing innovative solutions for our rapidly growing financial services client. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Collaborate with various lines of business and technology teams to identify potential applications for generative AI and advocate for strategic implementation. Design, develop and refine AI-generated machine learning models for various applications. Research and identify opportunities for AI and automation across multiple lines of business for Broadview. Identify and develop AI models, machine learning algorithms and automation tools. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning. Work closely with product and data teams in understanding the business and provide ideas to help business solve problems and help the businesses grow. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field. Master's degree in Data Science or AI is a huge Plus. In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis. Experience in all stages of problem scoping, data gathering, models, insights, and visualizations. 5+ years' experience with Python or Microsoft R or OpenAI API. Proven track record of delivering successful machine learning solutions that drive business growth and improve the customer experience. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn and PyTorch. Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and AI-generated content development. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms in building and deploying AI models. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to optimize AI models and algorithms. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Methodologies, and CI/CD including use of Jenkins, Docker, and GitHub. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment including employees, vendors, and third-party contractors.
