Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy: Develop and execute a robust quality assurance strategy tailored to the unique needs of the automotive connected services platform and aligning with ongoing program objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Standards: Establish and enforce quality standards, best practices, and testing methodologies specific to automotive software development projects. Planning: Collaborate with program leads and stakeholders to craft comprehensive test plans, outlining scope, objectives, resource allocation, and timelines. Execution: Oversee the meticulous execution of test cases, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Automation: Champion test automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and expand test coverage, leveraging relevant tools and frameworks. Defect Management: Implement and manage defect tracking and reporting processes to facilitate prompt issue resolution. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize quality processes, tools, and methodologies, enhancing software quality and delivery efficiency.
