As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Java-based backend solutions, with a focus on Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of backend development, Java programming, and hands-on experience with Azure services. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems. Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection measures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer. Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, etc.). Experience with Azure cloud services, including but not limited to Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure App Service. Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work in an agile development environment. Preferred Qualifications: Azure certification(s) is a plus. Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
