Job Title Change Manager (onsite) Location Golden CO Duration 12 months /Contract To Hire JOB DESCRIPTION USC/GC ONsite Role Must-have skills: Change Management, supporting the change related to new software applications and data product implementations, PROSCI Certification, such as CCMP (Certified Change Management Practitioner), Project Management accreditation Experience as a Change Manager or in Project Management (5+ years, required; 10+ years, preferred); Experience supporting the change related to new software applications and data product implementations (2+ years, required); PROSCI Certification, such as CCMP (Certified Change Management Practitioner), Project Management accreditation, or similar professional credential (preferred); Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Education, Business Management, Project Management, Human Resources or a similar field. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities; Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes delivered by projects within the Data Culture Portfolio; Support communication efforts by coordinating the design, development, delivery and management of key communications; Assess the impact of upcoming change, by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identify key stakeholders; Support training efforts, by supporting the design and delivery of training programs; Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics particularly for risks relating to user adoption and usage of project solutions; Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance; Consult and coach project teammates; Evaluate and ensure user readiness; Act as liaison between technical and non-technical personnel; Evaluate the effectiveness of the change and implement mitigation strategies where and when needed; Keywords: access management green card Colorado http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=890319&uid= |
