For the Crystal Reports to SSRS conversion project (Modernize Reporting) the candidates will need strong SQL skills (T-SQL), strong SSRS skills (including sub reports) , a good working understanding of Crystal Reports, and potentially enough C# from customizations as needed. For the SSIS 2008 to SSIS 2019 (SSIS Modernization) project we are looking for similar skillsets but for SSIS. The candidates will need strong SQL skills (T-SQL), strong SSIS skills with understanding of 2008 and 2019, and potentially enough C# from customizations as needed. It is common to find developers that have both sets of skills, which would be great because they can move from one project to the other as needed. I NEED 12, SSRS/SSIS Developers who have MIGRATED FROM Crystal Reports TO SSIS and/or SSRS. They NEED to have done multiple migrations and it needs to be clearly stated on their resumes. They also need to have experience with T-SQL and C# is helpful. A lot of candidates can do both and those are ideal so they can go back and forth on the project.
